Help & Guide

What to Do When…

If You Have a Fever

We will visit you while taking appropriate infection control measures.
To help us prepare, please provide relevant health information when making your reservation.
For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that all passengers, including companions, wear a mask during transport.

If You’re in Severe Pain or Unable to Move

Yes, we can assist with transportation for individuals with limited mobility.
However, if the person is unconscious, has paralysis, or is experiencing significant bleeding, emergency services should be contacted.
If you are unsure about the severity of the condition, please consult the Emergency Medical Advice Center by dialing #7119.

※ We provide transportation for individuals who are able to move with the assistance of a wheelchair.
However, if a stretcher is required due to the severity of the condition, we kindly ask that you call for emergency medical assistance.
We are currently reviewing our services and will consider introducing stretcher support in the future, based on customer needs and our operational capacity.
