- Our services are made possible thanks to your generous support. Any tips or donations are gratefully received and used to help cover expressway tolls and other service enhancements. We sincerely appreciate your kindness.
- Our services operate under the approval of the Hokkaido District Transport Bureau and are provided at the minimum legal fare. Please understand that further discounts are not permitted under current regulations.
- For safety reasons, our drivers will choose the most appropriate route. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting specific directions. (Any expressway tolls will be covered by our company.)
- An additional fee applies for services provided between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- We offer a medication delivery service to your home or workplace for a flat fee of ¥2,000. However, please note that delivery areas are currently limited.
- Companions may ride free of charge, but the number of passengers is limited depending on the vehicle type. We may not be able to accommodate more people than originally requested.
